We recommend that sunglasses be tried on at your local retailer before ordering from our site. In consideration for those who are unable to try on their sunglasses before ordering, Simply Sunglasses does accept returns and exchanges.We offer you 30 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.
►Return Policy:
We cannot accept sunglasses that are scratched or damaged in any way. Returns will only be accepted if the sunglasses were used for try on purposes and are still in mint condition.To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box,cloth,and authenticity papers and all extras.
Before returning your sunglasses, you must send an email with the reason for your return to sunglasseshub@gmail.com
All returns must arrive within 30 days from the day you receive your order. All returns must include your invoice, designer case & cloth, and authenticity papers.
We are not liable for the packaged products until it arrives to our warehouse. We greatly suggest that you buy insurance and have a tracking number for your package.
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that Shipping Fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
►Canceled Orders:
If your order is placed with us and choose to cancel it while it is in destination to you, you will be liable for all shipping charges. The package will incur shipping charges to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to get in touch us.
►Exchange Policy:
