Prices for shipping are determined by the weight and location the packaged is shipped to. We would be more than happy to provide you with a shipping cost. All we need is your postal code and the amount of items you wish to order. All orders are processed and shipped from our location in the Shanghai. ►Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number to watch your package progress.
All EMS orders are traceable directly on the EMS website. To track a package on the EMS site, just enter the EMS tracking number in the "Enter a Shipment Number" box and put in Verification Code then select "Track".
All DHL orders are traceable directly on the DHL website. To track a package on the DHL site, just enter the DHL tracking number in the "Shipper's Reference" box and choose the date range,then select "Track".
EMS/DHL scans each package and updates the tracking number with the latest information at each checkpoint. The status of the package displays where the shipment is and, if received, who signed for it (if available) and the time of delivery. Please note, for most orders, that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the first scan to show on the EMS or DHL website.
►When I order from you company is the service door to door?
